Spot Scramble

Objective:

  • Be the last player standing on a spot after a series of elimination rounds.

Set-up:

  • Place spots on the ground.

  • Create a playing area with enough space for players to move freely between spots.

  • Each player stands on a designated spot.

How to Play:

  1. The coach shouts "Switch!"

  2. All players must run to a different unoccupied spot.

  3. The coach removes one spot from the playing area.

  4. If two or more players end up on the same spot, they play a round of "Rock, Paper, Scissors."

  5. The winner of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" either stays on the spot or chooses who stays on the spot.

  6. The loser(s) are out and must wait for the next game.

  7. Repeat steps 1-6 until only one player remains on the last spot.

Variations:

  • Variation for Larger Groups: If you have a large group, you can start with multiple smaller circles of spots and have the winners from each circle compete in a final round.

  • Safety First: Ensure the playing area is free of obstacles to prevent tripping or collisions.

  • Sportsmanship: Encourage good sportsmanship and respect for all players.

Additional Notes:

  • Safety First: Ensure gentle tagging and a clear playing area.
