How To Play

Students line up on the flat discs.

On the command LAND the kids jump forward.

On the command BASE the kids jump back on the disc.

On the command SEA the kids jump backwards.

On the command AIR the kids jump in the air.

If students are on LAND and you shout SEA they must jump to BASE then to the SEA.

On the command CHANGE they turn to face the opposite direction. LAND, and SEA are still in the same locations so know the children must think in the opposite direction.

On the command of WINDY the children run to a specific cone or line.

On the command of RAINY the children run to a specific cone or line.

If children make a mistake they drop out, or you make them do 3 jumping jacks. Or you can either play last student standing or replace the one who made a mistake with a new player.
