This Years Pay Dates

You will be paid bi-weekly. Please download the pay dates for this upcoming year.

Bonuses For Great Work

We periodically get feedback from principals, teachers, and students. If we receive glowing reports from them about how good your program is being run, we will reward instructors with a bonus.

Referral Bonus

If you know friends or colleagues interested in becoming Active Education instructors, please ask them to contact lee.hartley@activeeducation.com.
If we hire them, you receive $100 after they complete a 30-day period of work.

Performance Review

Pay can be increased by $0.25 to $1 based on the following:

  • School feedback

  • Lead instructors / Area Manager’s feedback

  • Attendance & consistency of communication

  • Overall performance

  • Managers assessment
