Roles & Expectations

The operations manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of school enrichment services. The role will include managing and developing school relationships along with overseeing, supervising, and problem-solving instructor-related needs with assigned schools in designated territories.

The operations manager will be responsible for daily operations, logistics, and customer service needs as well as working alongside the sales team to provide quality programs and client satisfaction.

The sales manager should meet the following expectations:
