4 Goal Handball Game
Set-Up
Organize a spacious playing area with four smaller squares, each designated as a "goal" and marked with cones on all sides.
Organize two teams for this activity, which can also be adapted for basketball or soccer.
How to Play
The objective of this game is for students on each team to score points by successfully passing the ball to a teammate positioned within one of their designated goal squares.
One team can score in the north and south goals, while the opposing team aims to score in either the east or west goals.
Players are not allowed to move once they possess the ball.
The remaining players on the team should constantly maneuver to find open positions to receive a pass.
To add excitement, you can implement a 5-second time limit for players holding the ball before they must make a pass.
It's essential to note that opposing team members cannot grab the ball from an opponent's hands. Instead, they can employ blocking and intercepting tactics to prevent successful passes.
Progression
You can make all four goals neutral, so both teams can score in any of the goals.
