Personal Accident Claim

The accident insurance plan is designed to cover participants while they’re engaged in sponsored and supervised activities. The plan will consider reimbursement for eligible expenses which are not payable by the family's healthcare plan or any other insurance plan providing reimbursement for medical expenses.

Incident Form At School

Suppose there is an incident while working as an Active Education instructor on the school campus. For example, a child has a severe injury.

Then you may be required to complete our Active Education incident report. This provides us and the school with a record of the incident from your standpoint.
